Notes on a grid division which is smaller than the visible grid AND are placed prior to 1.1.1 will not snap to the grid. No dotted line is visible and no snapping at all is observed.
Expected
Notes with a grid division smaller than the visible grid should snap to the visible grid and the relative note-position start.
Reproduce
- create a note on -3.2.4
- zoom grid out to 8th notes
- try to move the note to any snapping position

this is from 9.0.1 release, not the beta. I just cant face any more beta testing, but I didn't see this fixed in the release notes. So it's reported
