All of my projects are either too fast or too slow

The speed is either too quick, or too slow when I open all of my projects. I just installed OSX Mountain Lion, and now all of my projects dont work anymore. I was having major issues running Live on Windows 8, so I thought to move to Mac, but this is even worse

Too fast or too slow is usually a result of mis-matched sample-rate settings in your audio interface. Such as the interface being set to 48kHz and the audio software being set to 44.1kHz.
Check that the sample-rate setting in your audio interface's control panel match the sample-rate setting in Live's audio preferences.
