AxiomPro Hypercontrol

I saw from release notes that there were fix for Hypercontrol that closed it when Live is closed. Is there any plans fixing the bug which makes in not working at all? This was reported during pre-release beta and it still seems to be there. I have provided requested information and you have found the bug, but it is still there. I guess I am not only one who uses AxiomPro with 64bit Live on Win7.

I'll do some testing with mine tonight, yet I'm on a MacBook Pro 64bit OS/X 10.8.2
