(48912807) Guitar Rig shows wrong values for parameters

to reproduce:
insert GR5 on a track
add the "Digital Lofi" device
click on "configure" then select the Bit, Samplerate and Dry/Wet buttons
at this point you should already have some of the parameters display different values on the Live device and on the plugin GUI.
now move the Dry/Wet parameter up and down on the Live device, the min and max values are completely random: sometimes max is 18, sometimes 45, min can be 3 or 97.
this is completely unpredictable.

there are LOTS of issues with GR-based plugins in L9. they all work fine with Cubase.
