drum rack ideas because of push

Hi!

It would be great to see, that drum rack gets a "plugin" to route a row of notes to a sound, Ableton Instrument or a 3rd plugin - so we can use the drum rack sequencer of Push!!

For example you have simpler with a pitchable percussion sound in a drum rack slot and you want to route C1-B1 to the notes, or you use for example Battery in a slot of drum rack, but you don't want to use 10 instances of Battery for every slot!

What do you think!?

Not sure if I understood perfectly what you have in mind, but you can do that already.
Just place an instrument/Battery plugin/etc. in the drum rack and in the routing options select "All notes" as input.

With this you can use the drum rack and therefore the Push sequencer with a pitched instrument or with Battery. Only drawback is you can't see which drum racks slot contain Battery pads of course, but that's a minor issue.

the minor issue is not relevant, because I see everything running in Push sequencer!

You can also use the external instrument if your device has multiple outs so you can have the audio of different sounds on different pad channels.
