How to play "sharp" keys like F# minor in Push?

Post by amorfati » Mon Jun 03, 2013 9:39 pm

Push only seems to have the option to choose keys with "flat" signatures. Is it possible to choose something like F# minor as the push key signature, instead of a weird key like Gb minor? I'm stuck. Thanks!

No. What you're asking to do is impossible.

Sorry. I guess there isn't much difference to use Gb instead of F sharp from a performance perspective. I was just wondering if I was missing something. I guess having the enharmonic equivalents would be redundant and waste screen space.

G flat IS F sharp..... It's just the way its written

I do wish we had the option to change the display to sharps though

Funny thing is Ableton's piano roll denotes sharps while the scales selections on Push denote flats. Is this the correct way of doing it? It's confusing my feeble human brain.
