Using with 3rd party VSTs?
hey,
just discovered Push - looks great. BUT...
how does it function with 3rd party VSTs?
found in https://www.ableton.com/en/articles/pus ... evices-qa/ that the workaround is to save an instrument or effects rack with the plugin in it... though how effectively does this work?
if I were using Omnisphere, Massive, Sylenth, or Predator - could I get the same degree of control using Push as if I were using Ableton's packs?
if using as a controller for these VSTS - can you still get the same key-scale-chord templates/setups/profiles as if using the Ableton packs?
thanks!!!

Forming racks to add the vst to the push browser.
The keyboard layout works with any intrument.
To control parameters you will have to congiure your rack with macros or the specific device populating the controls via "configure"

The gist is you group it is a rack and then save it as a preset.

You really only have to use the configure button and save device as a preset... or pick new ones every time:

Strange, my instruments looks just like yours never seen that before. But any way once you configure the parameters and save it as a rack it will remeber the parameters configured.

Yeah, but thats kinda the point I want to make. He doesn't rack the device in the video.login wrote:But any way once you configure the parameters and save it as a rack it will remeber the parameters configured.
