Does the pxt clip looper loop midi clips? And if so, is there a large latency before changing like there is changing loop braces using the drum rack mode of abletons script?

Yes, and No there doesn't seem to be any discernible latency, but then it's Quantized isn't it? So who knows.

I haven't tried pxt yet, but I just quickly need to express my love for Push. I am in love! It does what I want when I want and how I want, so yes it is totally badass. Sure, there are things I'd like added, which I won't bother to list now, but overall I've never felt such affection for a piece of hardware.

Sitting in the lounge now with it on my lap, headphones on and having a blast! I forget it's plugged into a laptop. Fantastic.

My latest favourite aspect of it is recording automation into clips for wild variation.

Didn't mean to derail the current discussion about pxt, but I had to chime in with the thread called "push is badass".

I actually love Push too. It's kind of the ultimate Live controller and drum machine. I'm super excited about Live 9.1 and new Push features.

With time and some updates, some cats are going to get super bad ass with this thing!

Damn!

I had a look at the scripts on the site for the PXT and I was well interested in the one for the LP to add some awesome editing features but I see that it requires an external MT Player thing AND takes 2 positions in the valuable Control Surface slots to use it so I lost interest right there.
