Sorry, I just had a look through all my old directories and can not find any trace of this. It must be on my old PC, which is packed away somewhere, and I'm not even sure if it's on there anyway.

Tom is long gone by the way, I cannot remember if he left or was banned.

EDIT: but i found the code in an old message archived in my inbox. Stand by...

CODE pasted below - this is the last code in our correspondence. It might be an erroneous one (if so, nothing works). I cannot remember what to paste where at all, it was half a decade ago. Push 1's default mapping has improved a lot in the meantime though. Perhaps Stray, if he's about, has more info.
