Push sensivity are less sensitive on certain keys

Post by bjoeri » Sat Nov 30, 2013 4:05 pm

Hi!

Suspect a Hardware issue because I believe it's not possible to adjust sensitivity on single Pads right?
When I play on a "normal" functioning pad, I'm able to push/tap very soft to hard with no issues.
I'm also able to tap the entire pads area (middle left righ up down and corners)
However on the pad which has problems I have to tap significantly harder to get it to trigger.
And soft tapping doesn't trigger until a much harder hit than functioning Pads.
Corners of the almost doesn't work until tapping real hard.
Very annoying when doing really fast tapping like rolls and such, it just doesn't work.
This may be a support/RMA issue, but I'm wondering if anyone else has these issues?
Cheers!

Normally this type of pads need some use before they really feel confortable.

Having upgraded to 9.1 the pads have become very hard to press on. Have to push them real hard to hear any sound. The button Accent helps a bit. Is there a way to increase its sensivity?

Hold the "user" button.
