Not with the default Live/Push setup. Maybe PXT allows this (gotta get that soon anyway, randomly saw some excellent features I'd like to have)...

For now you can always place the audio inside a Simpler or Sampler, record a note in a MIDI clip and dial in parameter locks from there. Not ideal, but it works.

Yeah or if you want to do a completely useless workaround you could route the audio into a sidechain input of an effect in an instrument channel, then make midi clips in that. But. You shouldn't have to do that.

Sounds like a good feature request!
