Ableton Push VST Preset Resources Thread

Ableton creates a barrier between creativity by not supporting VST preset browsing in Push. Since it's release this has been a blatant neglect as they try to force users into their own instruments and effects while ignoring the third party world.

Thus, many users have resorted to hacks and workarounds to make Push better.

This thread is simply a resource for all Push users. Since Ableton isn't doing their job with the money we pay them, here's the user community doing it for them. A lot of these guys have Donation buttons, please support them or just say thanks on their pages, threads or whatever.

The way I have solved this is using maxforlive devices that can send midi program change to vsts. Not all vsts support midi program change but many do, Native Instruments, U-he and omnisphere does.

This solution doesmt show preset names on push screen but allows you change presets faster and avoid racking each preset.

Here are some devuces I use, for imolementation of program change in a vst consult their manual as the implementation depends on the developer.
