I did.

It is indeed a fine manual. (That’s what the F stands for, innit?)

But what the manual doesn’t have is a list, as per the above, where all the button-combinations are concisely LIST-ed. Hence my question.

No the F stands for "finished". There's a list in this one, I've heard

Hmm, a List. I didn't watch but just found this. It's not a written list, I know, but that's all I've found with a very quick search.
Oh, and in general the P1 list applies to P2.
