Are these Push glitches or am I doing something wrong?

There have been a number of times where my Push started to act funny.On one occasion my Push randomly started to record in sesssion mode from the 2nd bar. It was stuck and whenever I activated session record from Push it would start from the second bar.
Last night, I was playing around with Push and when I went into track mode and would turn the first encoder to adjust the track volume, Push went into note nudge mode, or something like that. I wasn't even sure what was going on, I had to restart Live in order for it to start working normally. Is it possible other midi controllers are conflicting with the messages Push is sending? Or is it possible that my Push has some problems? Has anyone else experienced anything like this?
