I just take the cotton cover I had for my MPC2500 (bought from mpcstuff.com), works fine for me. Since I have the push2 I putted the MPC back in the original Box :P

im steering clear of decksaver this time round i suspect it was the tight fit of the decksaver cover that eroded the rubber coating off the first push i had

thanks everyone!

Personally I would love to get my hands on this one:

But Ableton says they stopped producing them...

I wonder if I was just lucky with my Push. I used it almost every day for around 2 years, and every day the Decksaver cover would be taken on and off. It still looks brand new, apart from some faint spots of some dried liquid on one side which can only be seen from certain angles - probably the spray of cans as they were opened.

No rubber coating has come off anywhere.

I didn't use mine every day, but I never had any issues with my decksaver doing that either. I could definitely see it being an issue though.

Luckily the new Push has the aluminum top, whish is where decksavers usually grab to attach anyway. Shouldn't be a problem I'm guessing.

I use a turntable cover. It fits nicely over Push and down the side of the Push sized rotating podium style stand I place Push on.

Had Decksavers for Push 1 and Maschine and both were money well spent. I'm not sure they need to be quite such a tight fit though, was def a touch of friction going on with the Push 1.

I think the quality has slipped a little myself. I had to get them to replace 2 of my Maschine Studio covers because they were a hair too small to fit properly. Luckily the 3rd one barely fits.

The rubber erosion problem of Push V1 is a well known one, even at Ableton HQ. They said it was an issue with very first numbers of Pushes, not the later versions of V1. So Decksavers are a safe bet on later versions of Push V1, and will be on Push V2.

Does the Decksaver Push 1 cover fit on the Push 2? Has anybody tried this?
