Did they remove editing root note interval changes on Push 2

I recall hearing somewhere that on Push 1, you could change the layout of the root notes in note mode so that if you didn't like how they were configured (I dont), you could customize the intervals.

Did Push 2 remove this or is it still available?

Hope I made sense, I've only heard of this feature and don't know what it's called.
