Push 2 - virtual view/display (mirroring)

Has anyone heard of a plugin or even standalone app that will mirror a virtual push 2 on your screen and display exactly what the push has displayed (in the display as well as button status/colors, etc). I would say similar to how you can mirror an iphone/ipad display exactly what you unit is doing. In this case button activity would be epic.

Purpose: To be able to record/stream push 2 activity without a camera hovering above the unit.

There is a Push 2 emulator built into Ableton, which displays a virtual Push 2 on your screen, but I've never managed to get it to actually work. If someone knows how to get that working it may be possible to show the actual Push display on the screen via that... otherwise no idea I'm afraid!

Not sure if chapter 3 of this document would reveal any methods for getting in there. But it should explain what's going on.
