Push 2 not working

Push 2 not working

i recently bought Push 2 and it's not moving ahead the logo screen not even the buttons are lighting up.
i have tried-
#1 re-staring the whole setup
#2 re-installing my Live (Live 9.7.1)
#3 updating the required drivers
#4 re-installing the Push 2 drivers
but still it's not working. what should i do?

Make sure the USB cable is fully inserted into the back of the unit. Sometimes it inititally feels like it is, but then it will click in a bit further.

After that, go to your Live MIDI preferences and make sure that Push 2 isn't selected twice as a control surface. If it is, remove one of them.

i checked the usb connection and even changed the usb slot. MIDI preference is Push 2 and isn't selected twice. still this thing is not working :(

Might be worth contacting support@ableton.com and see what they have to say if no one else has any ideas here.

You are plugging the power supply in? USB wont power Push2 properly. Ensure the USB cable is properly seated, it doesnt always sit in the recesssed socket properly.
