Push2, jumping back from user mode opens the detail view

Push2 jumping back from user mode opens every time the detail view

is this a bug, or just me ...??

When I try and jump to User mode and back I go straight back to the display I was at be it track, device, mixer etc

yes, but when you close the device/clip view (on OS X: alt+cmd+L , or with the triangle, down right)

and than switch to the user mode, and back,

--> Ableton opens the device view again !

right ?
