Hot swap simpler pad Push 2?

So how can I quickly choose a sample from my favorites and then load it into a simpler and then play with it and see if I like it and then go BACK to the same location quickly, sort of like hot swap? Kind of ridiculous this is not already a feature unless I am totally wrong? How can I get to the same location exactly faster when browsing with a Push 2?

This does not work unless you hover your mouse in Simple near the bottom right corner (right above the "warp as" setting. If you click that first, with your mouse, then you can browse and hot-swap a sample.

What kind of backwards nonsense is that? Seriously... people have been complaining about hot-swap not working since 2016. From the Push 2 hardware. Why has this not been addressed?
