Hi There,
I have just purchased a Push 2 and was very excited to get it up and working.
However, I have one 'major' problem. The pad brightness is so low that I can barely tell whether a pad is on or not. This seems to be worse on the top rows relating to the drum step sequencer. I literally can't tell if I have a pad selected or not! I have turned up the settings to max on the Push settings section, but it seems to make no difference at all.
The lights on the actual drum grid (bottom left) seem brighter albeit not that bright. Should they all be the same? I have tried using different colours but there's no real difference.
Is there a way to turn up the brightness? If not, this baby is going to have to go back
Many Thanks

Re: Pad brightness too low to see!!!
Thanks for the tip I did have it connected to the power.
Now that it's dark outside it seems much better, so maybe a daylight thing!
I'll try again tomorrow.
Loving it apart from this
Cheers

When connected to the power you shouldn't have difficulties with pads brightness during daylight.
If you still think it's not bright enough after tweaking the settings, maybe there's a hardware issue. You can contact support@ableton.com

power it up with the power supply and it should blow your eyes
another thing is you can edit brightness settings under setup button.
If this doesnt help you might check for the failure in the power supply.
Cheers

On Push there is a setup button top right. Adjust brightness there.
