problem with pad on push2

Hello! I am from Russia, I am writing through a translator. Help me please. One pad sticks on my push2, push is almost new, there were no defects. I use Live 9.7.7 , macOS Sierra.
I tried to reinstall Live, and also tried to install Live 10. This did not help

support@ableton.com, or take it back to where you bought it and exchange for a new one.

Have you tried adjusting the sensitivity of your pads in your Push settings? Could be that one pad is just a little more sensitive than others and triggering if the sensitivity is too low. Otherwise, as Tarekith has suggested.

Contact support to make sure if it's a problem with the hardware, I purchased a defective Push and they exchanged it for me.

I have already turned in support. waiting for a response from them
