How can I play chords NOT in in key mode?

How can I play chords NOT in in key mode?

While I am recording a chord on push 2, I cant add tension(#4) because all the pads are in the key. Can anyone tell me how do I solve this issue?

Press the Scale button, and change the in key parameter (bottom left hand side of Push's screen)...
