Pedal with velocity over a Push pedal port

Post by ieselisra » Sun Dec 09, 2018 2:43 pm

Hi,
i want to expand my setup with a pedal, to control things like the feedback parameter on a delay, wich would need to have sensibility, and not only the "sustain function" (0-1), but i don't find too much information about how it works.

I use all over USB, but i have more than 1 midi connection to my Macbook (Xone:4D, Ableton Push, Audio 10).

How can i use the 1/4 Jack ports of the Push to use an expression pedal?
Would the Zoom FP02M work?

Regards, and thanks in advance!

While the English specs page says "Two pedal inputs", those are "Zwei zuweisbare Fußtaster-Eingänge" on the German page (Push: Funktionen und technische Daten | Ableton).

The English technical term for "Taster" would be "push-button".
