Push2 display blank

Hey everybody,

so i just received my push2 but i am having a problem with the display.
Everything is working, i can play a drum kit play melodies etc, so the buttons and the push itself work.

The display however just stays blank, it lights up so there is power going to the display its just not showing anything.

anybody know what could be the issue here?

Running on windows 10 with the latest drivers for everything

If the legends show light, press setup. Then the fourth rotating knob from the left turn it open. Light should com now and any sign of life. If not, return your unit!

thanks for the tip, if i do this i can see the brightness changing but the display still shows nothing, no logo on startup or anything

I'm afraid you have to return it, you're sure your software is running OK? Push2 does nothing by itself, it is a controller which gets info from your videocard.........

Definitely sounds like a faulty unit, but I'd try contacting support@ableton.com before you return it to see if they have any suggestions.

the shop i bought it from had a call with the ableton support and they said as well that if there isnt even a logo showing up, it's most likely a defect unit.
So hopefully it doenst take to long for a replacement to arrive, because even without a display, im having tons of fun with it, cant wait for a fully functioning unit ^^
