32-note Melodic Sequencer: can I change velocity of single note in a step ?

Hello,

I am pretty new in Push 2 so I have been looking into drum sequencer and noticed and I can fairly easy change velocity of 1 note in the MIDI clip.
I am trying to achieve the same with the 32-note Melodic Sequencer but changing velocity or nudging is always being applied to all notes in a particular step. Should I switch Layout to the regular Melodic Sequencer when I want to apply single note changes ?
