Switch to drum pad consecutive notes

Sometimes, when I use a third-party plug-in and I use the pads on push they don't play all the notes because they are set to a major scale for example. I can see how to switch them to other scales such as minor and Dorian but how do I make them work as they do with a drum rack? In other words the first pad would play C, the second one C#, the third one D and so on?

You means chromatically, i.e all the notes?
In Push's Scale mode, there's a button to switch between In Key and Chromatic, it's the first button on the left underneath the LCD.
