Push 2 repair

Anyone know if Ableton repairs Push 2's/gives you the option to send one into them? I have been having issues with my Push 2 that I am 100% certain is from the device itself as I have tested it with multiple different laptops/setups. I had been talking with support towards the end of last year, although with weeks between responses; but it has now been almost 2 months and I have yet to receive a response back. I've had the Push for about 4 years and purchased it new from an ebay seller so I don't believe it would fall under any warranty. If anyone knows whether or not Ableton repairs the units or if anywhere else is able to repair it would be very helpful.

I would have say "contact your dealer first", but it sure doesn't sound like an option since you got it from eBay.
It's not under warranty anymore after 4 years, and so you did things right by contacting support@ableton.com... unfortunately everything takes so long since covid.
