New Push 2 pad triggering adjacent pad

Whenever I tap a pad on the push 2, it sometimes also triggers the adjacent pad at a lower velocity? I don't understand why this is happening, is it a defect? I just bought the push and it just got delivered to me so it's fresh out the box.
Sometimes it'll also get stuck one pad.
I'm not sure if it's defective or if I'm doing something wrong.
I'm using it with a usb hub, could that be the problem?

Sounds like a defect for sure, I'd contact the store you bought it from and ask for a replacement.

Yeah I actually bought it straight from Ableton....
I've contacted them for technical support.
Hopefully they give me a replacement which isn't defective.

It definitely shouldn't do that by default. I'd try another USB cable and a different USB port on your computer just to be sure though.
