Hey! i replied here a long time ago and wanted to share the fix i found.

I have this motherboard - https://us.msi.com/Motherboard/Z170A-GAMING-M5/support

and installing this driver for my USB (under "Others Drivers") ASMedia USB3.0/3.1 Drivers
https://us.msi.com/Motherboard/Z170A-GA ... Win10%2064
(i have a windows 10)

once i installed it, restarted my computer and tried to run the push with ableton again, it automatically installed some firmware and it worked!

so i assume that my outdated usb drivers were not allowing the push to install some necessary firmware? im unsure exactly, as im not very technically savvy.

HOLY SHIT! I can't believe it took me this long to see this... IT WORKED! dude thank you so much, I literally had no other idea what to do. Better late than never I guess!
