Hey! i replied here a long time ago and wanted to share the fix i found.
I have this motherboard - https://us.msi.com/Motherboard/Z170A-GAMING-M5/support
and installing this driver for my USB (under "Others Drivers") ASMedia USB3.0/3.1 Drivers
https://us.msi.com/Motherboard/Z170A-GA ... Win10%2064
(i have a windows 10)
once i installed it, restarted my computer and tried to run the push with ableton again, it automatically installed some firmware and it worked!
so i assume that my outdated usb drivers were not allowing the push to install some necessary firmware? im unsure exactly, as im not very technically savvy.
hope this helps!!
Since Ableton's support team have completely failed me so far, can someone else please help me out here!
