Just got a QuNexus Red.
I've gotten it to send the expressive data to synths in Ableton. But it doesn't come in as MPE, it comes in as oldschool midi data. Aftertouch and such. And as such, not polyphonic. Not in the nice new editor.
I did everything the tutorials describe to go into MPE mode, but no dice.
I didn't install their script, since it claims not to support Ableton Live (which is a bit of a bummer, it's been out for a year and a half).
I suspect this is why the pitchbend isn't coming through as well.
Any experience here with this issue?
Sv.

I don't know this controller, but assuming it sends MPE, did you make sure that its MPE option is activated in Live's Preferences > Midi > midi ports?

Did you turn on MPE mode on the Red? It’s not on by default in the first preset on the RED.

Quick answer - QuNexus side:
Press and hold shift, press MPE/CH twice. The button should blink. Press the arrow button (-oct) until the 1 button is selected.
This is to set mpe to single channel, or channel one, or something.
The manual is a nightmare.
