It's been a while!!

Hello everybody!

It's been a while since I last posted anything and for the first time I have a project on the go thats beginning to bear fruit!! Here's a link to the live set that started the crazy journey?!

It's some hold on to your hat dance music and although there is a mistake hafway through where I pressed the FFWD button on a track it's quite good to shake your money maker to!!

A bit of both really, I chop and re-arrange a lot of my tracks adding bits in for builds and breaks or making parts longer or shorter. When I did this set a lot of it was with tracks that I had messed with in ableton then exported as a waveform to mix with Traktor. I still use ableton for loops and effects during the set though and most of the loops I just make up myself as I can never find exactly what I'm looking for. I do have about 30 minutes of a minmal techno set that's all stuff I've done myself but it's far from the finished article and even though I've been using live for a while now there's still a lot I have to learn about the production side of things!

I prefer your minimal stuff and I still listen to the ASBO mix.

Funny you should say that as I prefer the minimal stuff myself and I do get a lot of feedback from the online community which makes me think it's the more popular sound but getting a gig playing the minimal stuff is like getting blood out a stone!!

I do have a minimal set you've not all heard yet as it's never been posted online so I'll pop up a link sometime soon!
