Whoa !! These are well worth watching. Cool set up and an obvious mastery over not only equipment, but also keyboard skills. Thanks for posting.

Thank you! I'll try to post new stuff to this thread rather than starting a new one again.dburns wrote:I just found this. Very nice!

I listened to #16 and #17 and I liked them. Looping is such art!
Re: live looping with analog keyboards and USB controllers
Thanks! Yeah, it feels like you're spinning plates at times. Ableton keeps everything together and nothing ever drifts out of sync, but the hardest thing for me is deciding mid-song what to do next or where to transition to. Thanks again to everyone for the clicks!Buzku wrote:I listened to #16 and #17 and I liked them. Looping is such art!

It's nice when you actually find that needle when sorting through the hay stackrheyne wrote:Thanks again to everyone for the clicks!

Here's a new one, my first with two cameras. Downloaded the free trial of Final Cut Pro to experiment with this. Thanks again for all of the comments!

Re: live looping with analog keyboards and USB controllers
I enjoy your videos, keep them coming. Out of curiosity, do you ever perform for anyone besides youtube?
Re: live looping with analog keyboards and USB controllers
Thanks! I've gigged in and around New York City for the past 15 years but mainly as a piano / keyboard player in bands, or backing up friends' projects. I've only taken a stripped down USB-only version of this setup to the National Underground in NYC once last winter, running off a Macbook Pro (Live Jams #1-20 are all controlled from a PC except #5). It worked out great, and I'd like to try it again.jhoiland3103 wrote:I enjoy your videos, keep them coming. Out of curiosity, do you ever perform for anyone besides youtube?
