Rather than having a global setting it would be good to be able to apply the groove "amount" to individual tracks. Can this be done anyway?
I'm going to order a padKONTROL Monday cause I would like to try out playing some of my own beats as well. Mostly though I want to get get into triggering loops on it for live sets.

I don't think you can change the amount on individual tracks, I've checked all the groove settings to my knowledge... I should request this too.

the issue with the drums, I think, is a flabby kick drum sound on the doublets and triplets I would suggest tightening the kick up and/or removing at least some of those doublet/triplets. Great snare work, really neat ideas thoughout.
Also, if you haven't already, mess around with the filters, for example using a lowpass on the kick to 'dampen' the sound instead of just varying volume amounts.
