You need to do something called "Rendering" in Live - which takes all of your data and "Renders" it into a .wav or .aiff file - which you can then load into iTunes.

iTunes can then convert this file into a .mp3 or whatever other format you want like so:

Simply go to your iTunes preferences, choose "Advanced" -> "Importing" and change "Import Using" to whatever format you are after - say "MP3 Encoder" or "AAC Encoder" - and then adjust the associated options based on the quality you are after.

All you need to do then is right click on the .wav or .aiff file you rendered out of Live and choose the "Convert Selection to MP3" option - which creates a copy of the file in the format you chose in MP3 format ( or whatever format you chose in the importing options ).

Many people tend to forget that iTunes can do this and overlook it.

For more info about Live and Rendering open your PDF manual or download one from the Ableton website and look up the topic called "5.2.4 Exporting Audio and Video" for Live 7 or if you are still on Live 6 it is called "5.2.4 Exporting Audio".

Happy iTunesening!
