Post by sambo27 » Tue Mar 25, 2008 10:37 am

Hi there,

I haven't posted for a while, but finally got my act together and made some new music.

Any feedback would be greatly appreciated cheers! :D

The production on this stuff sounds really good. nice job.
Did you do the mastering within Ableton?

Thanks for that!

To be honest I haven't properly mastered these pieces, but yes it was all done within Ableton.

Finally, some more downtempo, I think Polysax and I are the only ones actually releasing this stuff here

I liked it a lot up until you started changing chords around 2:00, then it just sounded like you had some weird chord progressions in there to me. Interesting stuff though, especially after about 3:00 or so. Thanks for sharing.

I understand what you mean here, but I purposely wanted a very different feel to the middle section. I tried to smooth out the transition as much as possible.

Cheers for the comments though I have taken it all on board.
