Re bezier Types automation curves

Sounds are shapes,
It would be easier to make a sin wave, saw or exponential curve, or simply a beautyfull "mathematical" curve with bezier type curves (like in 2D/3D video tools)
and as a vectoriel image is much lower in weight that a bitmap, it may be so for the sound....

This would absolutely rock. Not only are they waaaay easier to deal with, but also would enable us to have a complex curve with only 2 or 3 control points. Of course, this would also call for a "point-reducing" threshold-based tool, so we can clean up existing curves recorded from a live performance.

Good call!

thanks toolman,
I was wondering if some could see the potential of it...

well try searching for "bezier" and you will find that a lot of us see that potential ;)

kind of like the smooth tool in illustrator.
