Basically, lot's of base touching going on here, across the board. Literally. Scared of getting caught in the crossfires of all the email shooting going on. The All-Hands Town Hall meeting concluded that brackets aren't fitting into margins. Blamestorming concluded that challenges weren't championed. Cluster teams couldn't drill down and go the extra-mile to conceptualize the game plan, so there was a large amount of emotional leakage. It's like nailing Jell-O® to a tree. They're so out-of-loop that no one's on the same page. It's time to get proactive; play hardball; peel the onion. Time to ramp it up and synergize for the team.

I think working for a social media start-up right now would be even more depressing than working for an Apple competitor. They’re all trying to do slight variants of what’s already out there.
