Aether and Altiverb are very nice. I'll add that Rob Papen's reverb is nice as well. And when I got the new comp I gave WizooVerb a rest (even though I love it) and decided to use Reverberate for my convolution based tasks. U-he's reverb in the Uhbiks isn't bad either but it's not quite the all-rounder reverb that some others are. None-the-less I get most things done with the Uhbik verb, Aether and Reverberate. remember that SIR *not the commercial SIR2* induces 8,192 samples of latency so can only be used when mixing, not as a live performance.
Aether is a fantastic reverb - it's also $249 to buy ....so it's inclusion on a freeware list is puzzling.
