Move focus from Rack to chains within Rack via keyboard?

So one can navigate with the arrow keys to move focus to different devices, but how do you move into the chains within a rack?
I discovered how to move out of the chains using 'Escape' key.
But after trying various key combos, I cannot navigate into the racks chains via keyboard. Is there a key combo for this? Or is it just use the mouse at the moment?
