APC40 Case?

What are you guys using for an APC40 case? Is there an official one?

I just got an Odyssey turntable case. http://www.odysseycases.com/products.php?sku=fz1200
It holds my Ultralite, laptop stand, cables and APC40. They also make a case specific for the APC40 but afaik you can't fit anything else in it.

Thanks. Aren't many options there. The Mono case looks great but way too expensive.

I just replied to a topic on this earlier. I posted pictures and links of the case I'm using, and feesh ended up getting the same case and it worked really well for him.

Sweet setup, but I just want a small, soft case for the APC40 and some cables.

Yeah I would be interested in a soft case too, I have never been able to find one that works.

Anyone know if the top comes off of that Odyssey case?

I'm looking for something exactly like that except I want the top to come off of it so I can put the top underneath the bottom and not have to pull out the APC but it'd be right on top, feel me?

If not, I could just bust it out of there and pop it on top of the closed case, but the other way would be nice cause you won't have to take it out ever..

Being the cheapskate I am, I just use the box and packing it came in, a bit bulky, but if Akai trusts it to get the package to me, I figure I might as well save some $$$ and use the box till it falls apart....I do it with all my gear....I know, like I said, Im cheap

Gonna look into this, I like the idea of a hard case that I can also use as a stand, but then again I also like the idea of fitting the laptop and all that other good stuff right in the one bag..
