trojans are current based, spyware is voltage based, therefore it was probably Live's transconductance over the spyware built into the crack adding to the trojans via superposition that fried your soundcard. removing either the trojan or spyware would fix the problem.

makes perfect sense.

did they send you a bottle of smoke with a USB attachment so you could put the smoke back into the sound card to unfry it?
well, as i'm not a native english speaker - i've probably worded that a bit vague, i admit
the language barrier makes it fun!! ;)

your English is very good, I understand how it can be difficult to find the right words but your grammar and spelling are better than most native English speakers.

he needs the Illudium Q-36 Explosive Space Modulator, it's blocking his view of Uranus.

DJsandman, thanks for showing a little maturity here.

I shall try what you suggest. I'd really like to think it's not ableton's fault, and I'm halfway convinced it isn't now.

I'll try a reinstall of my naff realtek soundcard's drivers. who knows, might work.

i would call it apple studio vison

its a pattern orientated life sequencer based on the old opcode studiovision and will be apples electronic live music software.. done by the melodyne guys and the opcode guy that works for apple anyway ..

It wil be very smart programmed ..has lots of arteficial intelligence function that bring it close to an autaccompany unit that learns the users style and provides excelent overview and handling support based on that
autonaming of recorded tracks and opalizing colours of the new apple touchbooks...that sadly will have abandoned the usb port ..

it will cost the same as logic ..but without eycancer optics and a better compressor and eq..

some inbuild auto loopers that are permanently in record mode and automaticaly assign themself to tracks where user activity or incoming midi or audio is sensed allow to have acces to any event produced during a session and instand looping on that..
of cause ther is absolutely now seperation between audio and midi tracks anymore
aso aso..

it will blow ableton of the market within month.. just the owners of expensiv only ableton suporting hardware controlers will stay a bit longer..
