Congrats on your new found freedom. Ditch the Bitch. Love yourself. Collect Poo-nanny like VST's...Woman aren't as permanent as they would like you to believe.

Max msp sounds like a great idea. It will be easier then ever to learn once the ableton forum is discussing in detail, and a million people will be asking how to use obscure objects to create unheard of ideas in step by step detail. This business doesn't fly too well in the max forum but by this time next year, 40% of the hard-earned knowledge of the Max user-base will have been gleamed by individuals that had at one point or another turned to the internet to make phat beats.

Pizza solves everything as long as you exercise accordingly. However, it would be better to indulge in exercise than food.

That bit about being a good person- I highly encourage it. I don't know if I necessarily believe in Karma but it is very healthy to have a clean conscience, especially when you are being water-boarded.

Oh, and try to avoid having a bleeding heart for too long. You both made a great decision. Have no doubts, be proud of one another and stick to it.

Good luck!

skimming quickly, I read this as "Cunt, Hatch and Release"

which basically has the same meaning as you intended

Not really. Your way of reading it is more about unwanted pregnancy and deadbeat dads. However, that is much closer to reality.

lol @ nebulae

actually - when I think about it.... the last time I finished a tune was 3 years ago.... hmmmmm.

I spent most of yesterday making filthy gabba/breakcore with a loads of samples that I collected while following my cat around the house with my Zoom H4 (he's a noisy little fucker).

Music to the rescue (as always).

Video Games + Pizza = No
Exercise + Heath Food = Yes
Pot = No (I don't know, it just seems like a waste of brain cells. It's 2009. You're likely not a teenager anymore)

Vinyl is my answer to everything. Buy a couple for record players and a mixer. Go out record shopping all the time. Digging through crates is a very consuming process. Come home, play records, eat healthy food, exercise. Make tunes. Play tunes.

How about other creative endeavors? Video production is a good one. Get involved with productions in your area. Film, video, stage, etc. You can seriously fill up a week's schedule in no time with the above activities. Buying an Xbox, smoking pot, and eating bad pizza seems like it leads to depression & isolation. Get active physically, mentally, and socially.

Be kind to your departing lover. Peace, love, and forgiveness rules all.

Worse, a high-end organic lotion boutique. I never knew there were so many uses for whale dung.

Oh! I had a few questions about high end hand lotions for "other" uses, but I'll PM ya about that.
