UPDATE: MAX 5 demo version 5.0.8 exhibts the same error
System is Windows 7 ultimate 32 bit, T9300 cpu 4Gb ram
Max 5 runtime runs fine without crashing, but I get the same error if I try to run the max editor outside of Live.
