Where is the Splash Screen image in 8.09?

I've never liked the Ableton splash screen image, and had my own version which would appear on startup. This used to be located in the 'Versions' folder inside the package (Mac version), and has been since at least version 6. It was called 'Livesplash.tif'. Now its gone! Anybody know how I can find it?

did a full search of my system.. seems to be gone after 8.0.9

they must keep it somewhere internal now

that's sort of a pity. I also replaced it with something more custom.
But I guess I can "live" with it...

How can Live publish an image without it being somewhere-or is it code "writing" the splash screen on startup ??

It went away in 8.0.8. I think its compiled into the Graphics.alp file in some special format.

this is total sux. i HATE the rainbow instrument silhouette live logo - and was fairly content with the workaround of my replacement splash screen. i thought live 5 was the best design... shame to see that go and leave us stuck with this since version 6.
