and in the Max-beta I can also not find the 2D-Slider from the Max package ...

but a live.vector mode for that or a dedicated live.vector would be great ...

Have a look to pictslider. It has a prototype which looks like the one from Live. You'll have to add a pattr object or 2 parameter's aware objects if you want to sore / automatize the values.
