WTF! One PM LOL 1 PM to u counts as plural/spam LOL4/4 wrote:Rave, would it be too much to ask you to stop attempting to troll me ? Enough with the PMs too, I obviously won't reply.

All I have done thus far is discuss M4L and pricing policies, whilst diligently ignoring the troll bait you and Neb have been slinging my way.
You think arbitrarily demanding my music is some kind of counter-argument ? Or even a reasonable request given your behaviour ?
Obviously not, I don't need to provide a single sine wave to justify my thoughts on the discussions being had here.

Not sure about Max5, it's almost as expensive to get 1/2 of Max/MSP so most of those people are using it in a way that serves a specific need. Jitter is an add on extra with Max 4 Live, Cycling have said as much, and are uncertain of development within Live etc.If it was about fair prices, why do Max4 owners not get discounts? And should there not be different discount for people that own Max5, Max/MSP5 or Max/MSP - Jitter 5?
Honestly I think your ESL is showing, and you haven't fully grasped the discussion, which has simply been what we as customers should be asking for, and what to expect. You came in acting like people want things for free, admited to not using Pluggo except the runtime, were unhappy with it, and went on to say that Max + Pluggo users are whining about free stuff and some tangent attempting to debate the issue saying developers need to be paid etc. without really knowing what the discussion was about in the first place.I think there is a limit regarding discounts (where it is just no longer reasonable to give m ore discount without having done work for nothing). I think in the way things are put here this discussion is even pointless.
Anyways, I would wish you and some others here good luck with their endeavor and that they come to the point of a more reasonable view and way to discuss that.
Controversy is overrated.smartass303 wrote:raves and 4/4`s bitchfest were more interesting than the rest of this thread.
