[tow] MAX4Live CANNOT be installed!!!

I downloaded the latest Live beta (beta8) and installed MAx 4Live, yet it does not show up in Ableton. I can see it in the Library section, but it doesn't show up anywhere else(instruments or the Preferences-Files/Folders). I'm very disappointed, there's a cuople of days left to try the beta and it cannot be installed... And this is how m4l shows up in the Prteferences-Library pane:

I have a similar issue, my pc also shows the same image in the prefs, however I can actually see the m4l devices in my device lists. The problem I have is that when I try to open one on a track, up pops the m4l splash screen, and suddenly, crash! A serious program error has occured.

I've been desperate to try m4l, and have spoken to c74 support, but with no solution so far. Hopefully next beta will sort this out!

Please have a look not into the Library but into the User Account / Licenses part of the preferences. Can you see Max For Live in the software instruments section there?

If bug report packs are created when re-starting Live after such a crash, you may send them to mfl-beta@ableton.com.

It's nowhere... only shows up at the library section in preferences.

But when you log into your user account on ableton.com, you definitely see a Max For Live (Beta) serial in one of your licenses? Do you have more than one Live 8 license (e.g. full and additional beta)?

Yes. F****king frustrating...I've been waiting max4live for ages and I couldn't even try it...I'm very disappointed.
