@nuxamon, they're phillips speaker brackets from an a/v store. Mainly used them for ergonomic reasons. Perhaps some advantage in that they're not "coupled" with the desk, and they make a perfect triangle with my mixing position. Also since they're angled down, less reflections issues in my small room, but all of this is just speculation I'm no acoustic engineer

Do you notice the wall they're mounted on eating up a bunch of the bass at all? I had a friend with wall mounted production speakers and the whole wall would vibrate when playing. You could feel it on the other side of the room if you hand was against the wall.

No, no bass issues, the brackets are mounted into the solid wood window frame

I didn't have a lot of experience using it.

Mine sleeps on top of my rack computer. I keep some calendars on top of it so she doesn't scratch it.
She wouldn't like it on the apc, too bumpy, and i wouldn't let her.

I have the same Marshall 4x12 too and the same SKB rack case. It's like looking at my setup.

What power amp do you use in that rig? I use a damn rocktron solid state one right now, but am hoping to get a Marshall or Boogie 20/20 or 50/50 soon.
