Hi All.
I'm letting everyone I can know, there has been a recent attack on Facebook where user names are being used (as mules) to carry Malware messages to your friends on the site.
Many of my friends have been used in this way allready, so I'm trying to head of any possible spread by giving a quick heads up to the Ableton community.
The meassage takes the form of a link for a video your suposed to be shown in, of something else to do with a webcam. the rest is down to the download which should be picked up by your virus program but if you click on the link then turns into a pop up telling you, you have a virus on your system and to use another download to get rid of it, which infact is malware.
Anyway, I hope you can head of any possible attack for youself or others,
Regards

really?
people fall for that?
if you fall for that then maybe you shouldnt be using social networking sites at all, since you clearly have no idea what the hell you are doing.
should spend your time reading up about computers, and especiallly the internet and its most common practices (such as spoofing, malware and scamming).
